Giving someone a ticket to experience a live event is one of the best gifts you can give. Tickets purchased on our site are 100% transferable and venues do not check IDs to match the name with the original purchaser.
However, if you purchased tickets set for Special Delivery, we may ask for identification before releasing the tickets to the person attending the event. Please contact us right away if any contact information for the person who will be picking up the tickets needs to be updated.
