Why is there a signature requirement on my package?

We require a signature on most packages because we want to ensure that tickets are delivered to the correct person.  This is because it is very difficult to get replacement tickets if they are lost or stolen and ticket orders are often worth a lot of money.  It is up to the driver to determine if they are comfortable leaving any package without a signature. 


For this same reason, we cannot waive any signature requirements on any of our packages.  If you need to arrange to pick up your tickets or to have the tickets send to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package, please contact us right away.
