When your tickets are set as Will Call, it means that they will be available for pick up at the venue on the day of the event. Some venues have separate Will Call windows and others have the tickets waiting for you right at their Box Office. Venue staff will be able to direct you to where you have to go if you have trouble once you are at the venue.
