How do I set up an AXS account? What if I already have an account?

In order to set up an AXS account, you will need to go to www.axs.com. Click "Sign In" from the menu across the top, and then click on the “Create Account” tab. Please be sure to register with the email address that was used to purchase tickets. 

Make sure you download the AXS mobile app. This will provide you with a barcode for the venue to scan when you arrive at your event. 

If you already have an account on www.axs.com under the email address you provided when making your purchase, you will not be required to create a new account. Once tickets have been transferred to you, you will be notified via email.
